President’s Corner: July 2025 SITREP

July is a month of independence and action, both at the national level and Valor Haven Estates. As we celebrate the freedoms earned through service, we are reminded that freedom must be safeguarded abroad and at home, especially for those who wore the uniform and now face the hidden battles of reintegration.

Establishing Trust Through Action
In recent weeks, we’ve engaged directly with county leaders and stakeholders to address a key issue: visibility. While our work has been steady and grounded in capability, it’s clear that proving who we are and what we’ve built is necessary to move forward. To that end, we have released an expanded introduction to CORREA Logistics, LLC, Vertex⁴, and Valor Haven Estates, detailing our track record in federal logistics, international development, and infrastructure execution. We are ready, willing, and fully equipped to lead this effort.

Veteran Leadership Driving Resilience
Our leadership team is composed of seasoned professionals across defense, healthcare, engineering, and construction. From submarine force operations and trauma care to large-scale construction and hydroponic agriculture, our backgrounds represent not just experience, but responsibility. That responsibility now translates into real solutions for veterans and underserved populations in California.

Operational Milestones
This month, we continue negotiations on land agreements, and we are actively coordinating with investment partners to activate the Vertex⁴ greenhouse platform, beginning with the 500-acre hydroponics that will sustain Valor Haven Estates for years to come. This farm will anchor our self-sustaining model and serve as a food ssecurity and workforce development hub.

Disaster Preparedness in a Time of Uncertainty
As extreme heat and early wildfires impact California this summer, the case for Valor Haven Estates as a multi-use resiliency hub has never been stronger. Our veteran-led emergency response model, integrated with housing and agricultural infrastructure, will create a localized rapid-response capability the region currently lacks.

Restoring Confidence, Rebuilding Lives
At the core of everything we do is the belief that service must be met with dignity. Valor Haven Estates is not a concept; it is a commitment. One that includes transitional housing, clinical and mental health support, jobs with purpose, and a pathway back to the community for those who served.

Invitation to Collaborate
To our public officials, civic leaders, investors, and partners: if your inbox has gone quiet on this project, I invite you to re-engage now. We have the right people, the right plan, and the right timing. What we need next is alignment. The door is open. Let’s build something worthy, together.

In strength and resolve,

Sean Correa
